Horizon strives to identify each client’s needs, meet their requirements and exceed their expectations. As a measurement of the overall performance of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, we conduct feedback reporting with our clients to ensure we continually improve the quality of our services. We tailor teams and solutions to client’s needs and a Project Manager is assigned to every project to ensure objectives are met and delivered to a high standard.

The health and safety of our personnel is also at the forefront of our business. We are continuously committed to conducting our operations in a safe and responsible manner and have identified that ‘communication’ is key when carrying out any task which is why we have a ‘no blame’ culture within the company and maintain transparency in all matters relating to Health & Safety.

We have a team of qualified professionals, specifically focused on identifying foreseeable hazards in the workplace. They coordinate and control the implementation of appropriate risk control measures and review the effectiveness of our safe systems of work on a continuous basis.
